HTC EVO 3D (Sprint)

The 4G-equipped, Android-Based HTC EVO 3D for Sprint is the nation's first 3D phone, but it struggles with making phone calls and connecting to the Web.

Vertical

The HTC EVO 3D is a dual-core, high-powered Android smartphone for Sprint, running Android 2.3 with HTC's Sense UI overlay.

Horizontal

The EVO 3D's big camera button shows that taking both 2D and 3D photos with the 5-megapixel camera is a priority here. The high-res screen has 960-by-540 resolution.

Back

On the back of the phone, the dual 5-megapixel cameras capture both 2D and 3D HD video.

We can't show you the 3D videos in this 2D photo, of course, so you're just going to have to trust that this phone shows 3D.

Left

The MicroUSB port doubles as an HDMI video out, albeit with an adapter that's devilishly hard to find.

Right

The HTC EVO 3D's camera button has a hardware switch that lets you flick it between 2D and 3D modes.

Angle

The HTC EVO 3D runs more than 150,000 Android apps.
